Login/Account 

In order to use the Vestas DownloadCenter you have to be a registered user. If you have not signed up for the DownloadCenter, please go back to the mainpage (Home). On the right side, you can see a field in which you can enter an login name and a password later on - after having been registered. Below those fields you find the "Register" button. Please click here and complete the following form. To send your registration, click on submit. Afterwars you will receive an email including a confirmation link. Please open the link in your email. Your registration will only be checked if you have clicked on the link in your email. After you have completed your registration by following the link it will take approx. 3 – 5 days until you will receive your login data to the portal.

Access data are not accepted

Sometimes it was reported that users have been asked for another login procedure after already being logged in. It seems like the access data are not accepted. However, this problem is caused by the settings of your Windows Explorer.
Every time you log in to Vestas Download Center a so-called session ID is being generated by saving a randomly chosen string temporary to your system. This ID is requrired for you being recognized by the portal as a logged in user. After closing the explorer this ID will be deleted.
In case you cannot log in you need to configure your web browser settings as follows:

In the web browser menu click on "Tools" and "Internet Options". In the following window, select the "Privacy" tab and choose "Advanced" under Settings. Enable "Override automatic cookie handling" as well as "Always allow session cookies". Please check if you accept both first-party and third-party cookies. Then click on "OK" here and also in the Internet Options window.
